Treating Gall Bladder Disorders naturally

Gall Bladder stores bile (secreted by the liver) and assists in the digestion and absorption of fats and minerals. Disturbances in the composition of bile can cause inflammation that irritates the lining of gall bladder and leads to stone formation.
Symptoms of Gall Bladder Disorders
Feeling full after meals.
Nausea, indigestion.
Constipation, gas.
Disturbed vision.
Anemia, acne, dizziness, jaundice, intolerance to fats, conditions like breakdown of capillaries, hemorrhoids and varicose veins and other disorders are associated with it.
Causes of Gall Bladder Disorders
Digestive disturbance is the main cause.
Excessive intake of fats and refined carbohydrates regularly promotes it.
Heredity factors, bad posture, displacement of the spine, muscular tension, stress and poor health, are other factors.
Types of Gall Stones – Depending on the cause of their formation there are 3 types
Cholesterol Stones – change in ratio of cholesterol to bile salts.
Pigment Stones – caused by the destruction of R.B.C.
Mixed Stones – formed by stagnation of bile flow.
Natural Cure of Gall Bladder Disorders
For Acute Gall Bladder inflammation, fast for 2-3 days on water. Followed by carrot, beet, lemon or grape juice for few days. The patient should eat small frequent meals with essential nutrients.
Diet to be followed –
On arising – fresh fruit juice or warm water mixed with lemon juice and honey.
Breakfast – skimmed powder milk, 2 slices of whole meal toast and fresh fruit.
Mid morning – fresh fruit juice.
Lunch – vegetable soup, vegetable salad with lemon dressing.
Dinner – brown rice, lightly cooked vegetables, baked potato, vegetable juice and 1 glass of buttermilk.
Water Treatment – Cold hip bath improves abdominal tone, hot fomentation or packs to the upper abdominal area helps ease gallstone colic.
